I’m the sort of person who prefers the shadows—observing, reading, and letting emojis do the talking both online and in real life. But today, for reasons that might either spark personal growth or lead to utter chaos, I’ve decided to step out and share my thoughts.🌱

Working at a startup feels a bit like building a spaceship mid-flight. We’re making a game from scratch—yes, there are handbooks out there, tucked away on YouTube, but they’re like finding a blurry blueprint for half an engine. Every day, we invent the rules as we go. It’s thrilling in a “we might accidentally discover time travel” kind of way—but also messy. And as someone in their first job, English as a second language, I’m often caught in the middle of things I only half understand. At first, this stressed me out (okay, it still does), but then it hit me: when you’re building a spaceship from scratch, trial and a lot of error is basically part of the job description.

Take today, for example. I was in a meeting, presenting my newly created system in what I can only describe as "word salad with extra confusion dressing🥗🫨" And that’s when I realized—maybe writing things down would help me make sense of all this chaos.

Thoughts and solutions are slippery little things when they only live in my head. Writing them down gives them weight—and a timestamp. It’s oddly comforting to know that all these scattered ideas are landing somewhere solid, instead of floating around like stray space debris🌌

So, here it is: my study with me journal. A place to capture the questions, experiments, and small victories along the way. Maybe I'll find a little more clarity to express myself—one messy step at a time. And if you’re reading this, welcome aboard. I'm glad you're here, it’s more fun with company🩵
